After many applications which have never been built out, another has been submitted:  Planning Application 25/03421/FRA

It is a repeat of the 2010 application Planning Application 10/01006/FULL1 which was permitted.  HOWEVER, while the application is the same, planning policy has moved on. This means new criteria apply in the assessment of the proposal. For a start, cycle storage is inadequate and there may be an issue over parking spaces which we are reviewing. (Initial indication is that more than the proposed 5 spaces may be needed.)

Another application for redevelopment.  Application Number 23/00288/FULL1.  This time a block of 7 flats capable of accommodating 24 people is envisaged.  Plenty of issues of concern with this one.  Objections should be made by 7th March 2023.  Details of the objection submitted by RVR here.
